April 1st thru April 30th, Touchstone Homes will DOUBLE your tax credit on select inventory single family homes and townhomes! Yes we will DOUBLE it! If you are a first time home buyer and you are eligible for $8,000 from the federal government, Touchstone Homes will give you another $8,000 off the price of your new home! If you qualify for the $6,500 tax credit for move up buyers, Touchstone Homes will give you another $6,500 off the price of your home!
