No Reasonable Offer Refused July 17-31 on Inventory Homes

Touchstone Homes Announces New Plan at Windermere

CUMMING – Touchstone Homes is pleased to announce a new floorplan at Southgate Village in Windermere, in South Forsyth.  Southgate Village at Windermere features two-story designs and is priced from the high $300s.  “Windermere has been very successful for Touchstone Homes, therefore we had decided to offer some new plans to choose from for our buyers,” said Touchstone Homes Sales Manager Mike Zambri.  “This market, however, has caused us to rethink some of the designs and retail costs to the consumer, thus reducing cycle time and construction costs to pass the savings to our customers.”

Touchstone Homes becomes Energy Star Certified

SUWANEE – Touchstone Homes is proud to announce its partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR Program for all new pre-sale homes. Touchstone Homes is currently building Energy Star Homes in Tributary and Village Grove, and any new start effective immediately will be an Energy Star rated home. Through this partnership, Touchstone Homes will provide homebuyers with energy efficient new homes that save money on utility bills, offer greater comfort and better performance, and help to protect the environment.

To earn the ENERGY STAR, a home must meet strict guidelines for energy efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. These homes are at least 15% more energy efficient than homes built to the 2004 International Residential Code (IRC), and include additional energy-saving features that typically make them 20–30% more efficient than standard homes.
