On Tuesday, December 8, 2009, Touchstone Homes hosted a continuing education class at our New Haven Walk luxury townhome community in Roswell. The class was “Maximum Marketing, Minimum Dollars” led by Juanita McDowell of In Motion Consulting based in Peachtree City. Ms. McDowell illustrated techniques to increase web presence, increase traffic to your web site, leverage email lists and online public relations sites, identify and market to yoru niche market, and TV and radio advertising for FREE!
In attendance were 21 local realtors from companies such as Keller Williams, Touchstone Realty, Chapman Hall Realtors, Solis Source Realty, Charlesworth Realty, and Coldwell Banker amongst others real estate firms.
The class was blasted out through AtlantaNewHomesDirectory.com last week and the class was at capacity within one day!! Next class will be held in January at the Hampton Golf Village in Cumming.
